Folding Model Railroads

I have two small N scale layouts, the oldest is 3.5 x 7 ft,  the other is 2 x 3 ft.

While small in stature, I've tried to have them well detailed (especially the "larger" layout).

What makes the layouts unique & novel is that they both fold down from the wall.
