The base of our mountain is made from foam and 'pillows' of newspaper.

Pieces of Woodland Scenics plaster cloth are applied over the base.
Gently work the soft plaster across the surface.
Tip: We place the strips in position and then spray water on them.

Rocks applied with strips of plaster cloth around the edge.
Fan is used to speed up drying
ground colorant applied with brush and light foam.
